Our client, a boutique Investment Firm is looking for a vibrant and hands-on Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join their ranks.
Your duties will include:
- General office admin – scanning, filing, ordering supplies, keeping the office tidy
- Meeting and greeting visitors, liaising with couriers and sorting post
- Extensive diary/email management
- Booking travel and accommodation and when required sorting out visas
- Prepare expense reports
- Preparing presentations and documents for meetings
- Handling any incoming calls and correspondence accordingly
- Ordering office supplies and stationery
- Provide administrative support
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of MS CRM, MS Excel, MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
You will be organised, with exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal.
You will be detail oriented, reliable, and proactive, with a high level of proficiency toward multitasking, prioritising and problem solving.
You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a professional services industry, degree educated would be an advantage but not essential.
