Project Coordinator

One of the world's leading technology companies is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month temporary basis. The successful candidate will be providing analytical skills necessary to ensure that investigations are handled in a timely and effective manner. You will be proactive and an avid problem solver.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the intake process for possible new incidents, creating case summary documents and organising/tracking summaries in team tracker and in security database
• Ensuring case summary documents are updated as needed, including notes from meetings
• Identifying challenges, formulating plans and connecting with the appropriate teams to establish networks of individuals
• Assessing physical security risks and advising on implementing steps to mitigate the risks to ensure a safe workplace
• Identifying, tracking and reporting metrics, assessing trends across cases and performance of project initiatives
• Looking for opportunities to continuously assist the team with anything big or small while always working to improve processes

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Must be degree educated
• 4+ years experience working in an administrative role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience supporting investigations would be desirable
