My client, a global insurance company located in the City are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the CEO on a 1:1 basis. This is a rare opportunity for a professional, highly organised and diligent EA with experience supporting at C-Suite level, to join a leading insurance broker offering exceptional client service and expertise. This PA position would suit someone who is forward thinking, remains calm under pressure and has good knowledge of MS office and strong typing skills.
What you'll do
The personal assistant will ideally come from an insurance or financial services environment, working in a similar 1:1 role.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task, build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business and have excellent communications skills both written and verbal

What you'll do

- Oversee the CEO’s in-box and manage replies
- Organise complex international travel
- Formatting/drafting correspondence and documents accurately
- Extensive diary management
- Organise conference calls, book meeting rooms and small scale events
- Processing expenses and assisting with budgets
- Event management
- Meeting and greeting internal and external guests including catering as required
- Coordinating all external meetings with the CEO’s driver
- Maintaining and paper and electronic filing system.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task, build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business and have excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Essential requirements:
- Experience supporting at board level within Insurance or financial services
- Proactive nature
- Good use of initiative
- High attention to detail
