Who will you be working for?

A reputable membership organisation focussing on training, research, quality and advice for its vast member base in the health sector. They are an academic institution with a passion for increasing the standards of healthcare provision in the UK.

What will you be doing?

• Providing sound professional advice across the whole range of HR
• Coaching business managers to deal with employee relations issues at an early stage. .
• Supporting the recruitment process in your business areas
• Conducting exit interviews and providing insight on trends.
• Supporting change management initiatives across the organisation
• Support managers with conflict management
• Delivery of the HR strategic and operational plans
• Keeping policies and procedures up to date
• Using coaching and development workshops to upskill managers on HR policies and procedures
• Delivery of a high quality occupational health service.
• Monitor the usage of the Occupational Health Service
• Delivering projects effectively across the whole of HR.

About you

• CIPD qualified to Level 5 or equivalent relevant experience
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of UK employment legislation
• Researching and writing policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Providing a high level of customer service to internal clients
