Legal Receptionist

Our client is a US corporate advisory firm who are looking to secure a receptionist for their busy front of house desk on a temp to perm basis. As the first point of contact, the receptionist will need to be immaculately presented and able to offer a true 5* service to all clients and visitors whilst maintaining all meeting rooms and the front of house area to an exceptional standard. The successful candidate will cover a full variety of receptionist tasks and will be able to multi-task accordingly. To be considered, candidates must be available immediately, have a reception background with experience gained from a legal or professional services environment and understand the true importance of offering a first class service at the highest level.
