Head of of Operations

As part of the Senior Management Team, this is a fantastic opportunity to become totally involved in the workings of an international, thriving and very well established business based in SW London.  Your responsibility will be to provide the necessary guidance, support and operational infrastructure, which will enable the business to achieve its ambitious, but realistic, strategic objectives. You are central to their success, delivering to a high standard on the major international programmes for the business, as well as bringing essential continuity to the engagement that the delivery team has with the business.

Working closely with the Founder and Senior Management Team, they will give you total autonomy to take responsibility for a wide variety of projects.  Your remit will range from, HR, supplier management and IT, to people and project management and compliance. 

They want you to be able to demonstrate your proven people management skills, to show you are a great motivator and communicator.   To give examples of your expertise with driving best practice and managing suppliers, as well as show you are passionate about providing high quality service delivery standards.  Also, that you have the ability to contribute in management meetings at a senior level.

If you have the ability to juggle many different responsibilities whilst maintaining a calm, professional and cheerful approach to your work and those around you, have a strong work ethic and the desire to see the fruits of your hard work in the success of the business,  then this could be your next career move.  Degree level and experience of working within the professional services environment such as tech, legal or consultancy, is essential.
