Administrator and Programme Support
Location: Central London
Hours: Full time
Administrator Role Description
This Niche Not-For-Profit organisation based in the City of London, requires an Administrator and Programme Support. They will have responsibility for providing essential support to the team including, supporting Networks and Training activities, Team Assistant duties to the Senior Management Team as well as assisting on a range of administrative matters for the wider team.

Administrator Responsibilities:
- Organizing internal and external meetings for the senior management team, including: the preparation of materials and associated follow up
- researching and booking travel arrangements often internationally with multiple attendees
- combining meetings and events, when possible, in order to maximise opportunities when travelling
- Providing ad hoc project support to the senior management team, including performing research and assisting with presentations
- Writing and preparing minutes and papers
- Providing support to the EA to the CEO with travel bookings and meeting arrangements as required.
Administrator Specification
The right candidate will be enthusiastic and motivated, with a 'can-do' attitude and excellent attention to detail. They should be inquisitive, keen to learn and have at least two years' experience working in a professional office environment with administration support responsibilities. The successful candidate will also have:
- Experience of working within a project and administration role
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks appropriately
- Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Absolute discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Dynamic with a professional attitude, able to fill the role with a degree of autonomy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal confidently with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working under pressure, often to tight deadlines whilst managing a range of priorities
- A calm, confident and professional attitude, a self-starter who collaborates well
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (ref., Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
