Legal EA, private equity

Entrepreneurial and fast-paced, global private equity business is currently seeking an experienced, proactive and most importantly down to earth and warm Legal PA / Legal Executive Assistant extraordinaire to support at Partner level. Very interesting firm with fascinating portfolio companies and exciting growth plans. Super lovely culture where the PAs stay long term.

You will provide dedicated classic Executive Assistant / PA support to 1 Partner predominantly, but also the wider team of 4 when necessary. This is a very busy detail-focussed role, split between 50% classic EA / Executive Assistant support and 50% legal and compliance administration. This is a responsible and varied Legal EA role, with lots to get stuck in with.

Role:

• Providing seamless and proactive PA / Personal Assistant / EA support to Partner / General Counsel including complex diary management
• PA support to 2 other senior individuals and 2 juniors within the legal team including inbox, travel and expenses
• Extensive legal and compliance administration and legal administration projects
• Excel, spreadsheets, document management (minimal typing), signatures etc.
• Team and client events and dinners

Ideal Legal & Compliance EA / PA candidate:

• Experience as a Legal PA either in a law firm or in-house legal and / or compliance, within a financial services setting is essential.
• Have experience supporting general counsel / legal teams
• Methodical, attention to detail and positive approach
• Happy with mixture of legal admin / legal administration / compliance administration / regulatory and compliance admin as well as traditional EA duties
• Fantastic written English and grammar
• Degree or equivalent
