We have just taken on a fantastic temp to perm Receptionist opportunity at a boutique investment management firm in the West End!

To be eligible for this role you must be available immediately.

The successful candidate will work alongside another Receptionist and work closely with a team of PAs in a newly refurbished office where no two days are the same.

This role will include duties such as:

• Answering and screening telephone calls
• Meeting and greeting all guests and showing them to meeting rooms
• Booking and setting up meeting rooms, including managing a meeting room diary
• Ordering and maintaining levels of stationary stock, arranging couriers etc.
• Overflow work from the PAs which could include booking travel and hotels

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a candidate with previous corporate Reception experience.

Hours: one late shift a week which is 9am - 7pm, rest of the week covers 8am - 6pm or 8 - 6/6 - flexibility but on a rota for the late shift.
