Bi-lingual PA - German - Investment Banking, City

Leading International Investment Bank, based in the City close to Liverpool Street station, is seeking a polished, confident and experienced PA with Fluent German language skills. This varied and busy role will provide administrative and organisational support to an MD and small team of Bankers, based in London, including organisation of complex travel and meeting arrangements, being point of contact for clients, diary and schedule management as well as involvement in projects and events. There could also be the opportunity to travel occasionally to their Frankfurt office. This is a small and friendly team with a culture of support and teamwork. You MUST possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a down to earth and helpful nature and a steady work history with PA / Secretarial experience gained within the financial markets or professional services sectors.
