I am recruiting an exciting new opportunity for a very long and established Arts client based in the West End.

Following established business overseas, their new London office due to open in the next couple of months and my client are now recruiting an Office Manager to come on board and open their office!

This is a brilliant opportunity for anyone looking to come on board this start up business and make something their own with very little micro managing. You will play a vital position within the business, being the first point of contact for clients both verbally and face to face.

The CEO requires a candidate who is super reliable, professional and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Are you looking for a position that you can make your own? Do you want a position that requires you to run an office from the beginning? Look no further!
Duties include but not limited to:
*Being the first point of contact for clients, sales etc. via the telephone & emails.
*Meeting and greeting all perspective clients, arranging meetings rooms & refreshments.
*Providing 5* customer to all clients both emails and telephone.
*Following up with emails and telephone calls to clients.
*Chasing of the invoices, advising when invoices are being sent etc.
*Running errands, which include the post office, banks.
*Being the key holder for the business, opening and shutting the office daily.
*Excel spreadsheet work, running basic reports, data entry.
*To be the eyes for the CEO, reporting into him regarding the office, providing updates etc.
*Being the point of contact and managing all the contracts within their business, cleaning, maintenance, printers etc.
*Ordering stationary and anything else needed for the office, tea, coffee etc.
*Being the go-to person for any other members of the team.
*All other general OM duties.
Candidate specification
*Experience within an Office Management position is required.
*Professional and presentable candidate.
*Excellent customer service, over the telephone and emails.
*Excellent written and verbal English skills.
*Flexible and reliable individual.

Paying £35-40K to start end of April.
