We are searching for a dynamic Private PA who understands all aspects of looking after a high profile/celebrity within the creative filed.This individual has a demanding artistic life as well as being hugely in demand and time poor.  With a private and professional life encompassing celebrity individuals.  Your cv will demonstrate that you have supported a high profile/celebrity individual and that you understand the nuances and expectations of a role of this type.  On call when needed this can be a demanding and deadline driven role.  Handling all aspects of household and staff, invoices and budgets.  Running a frantic personal diary and liaising with the corporate PA on diary management, events and long term commitments.  Assisting with extended family member, travel, flights, connections, drivers, hotels and currency.  Able to keep one step ahead at all times your co-ordination/logistic skills will be superb.  Extremely discreet (NDA will be in place) you will be aware of trends both in fashion and within the London/international scene.  Polished with much to offer, you will be a career Private/Celebrity PA and used to sorting out the extra demands/out of hours as second nature.  Your CV will demonstrate that you have been a private PA within a celebrity/high profile environment for 4-5 years+.  Able to liaise at all levels with ease with working knowledge of how to greet and address individuals of stature, respond to invitations, purchase gifts, arrange private events, dinner, family gatherings etc  A European language is a big plus.
