We are recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Receptionist to join a well-established City based Financial Services company.
The ideal candidate will thrive within a fast-paced environment, where precision and high standards are key!
Hours will be 08:00 – 17:00 and 09:00 – 18:00
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Answering the switchboard, fielding calls
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms, liaising with catering, organising refreshments
- Scheduling appointments, organising meetings, maintaining electronic diary
- Ensuring reception and meeting rooms are fully stocked with up-to-date literature and maintained to the highest professional standards
- General ad hoc administration support
Requirements
- Previous Front of House/Receptionist experience ideally gained within Financial or Professional Services
- Superb communication skills, professional, client friendly approach
- Polished presentation
- Proactive, with meticulous attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Team player!
