Roadshow Coordinator

This really is a great opportunity if you are looking to move into a roadshow role. You will have very strong travel and diary management skills along with meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of the finance industry. An opportunity to step straight in or be trained to perform this important role with a leading Roadshow team

Responsibilities:

• Managing logistics for Debt and Equity (Deal and Non-Deal) Roadshows and Bank Meetings in the EMEA  
• Working closely with the Fixed Income Syndicate and Equities Desk supporting them on company Roadshows across the EMEA region
• Managing from inception to completion of Roadshow including full management and closure of event files
• Working to prescribed budgets, preparing detailed pre-event and post-event costings and managing all logistics on all Roadshows (invitations, suppliers, air, ground transportation, hotel accommodation, venues, banqueting and onsite management)
• Providing advice on most logical routes for optimal scheduling of dates and countries allocated to a Roadshow
• Ensuring compliance of policies with regards to Governance, Compliance, audit and risk, and finance

Requirements:

• Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task and work to tight time-lines
• Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written
• Diplomacy, integrity and confidentiality
