An exciting opportunity for a dynamic EA to join an international wealth management firm who are opening new London based offices. They are seeking a EA to support their CEO, as well as assisting in the running of the small startup office of 6.  

This role will suit a EA who is motivated and energetic and looking for an exciting entrepreneurial environment. Your EA duties will include: 

• EA support to CEO
• Communicating with clients
• Providing assistance with ad hoc projects
• Supporting a small startup office
• diary/email management 
• travel arrangements
• attending board meetings/preparing board packs

Some understanding of private wealth or financial services would be beneficial, but the most important thing is the right attitude - a EA who is personable, easy going, calm but efficient would be ideal.
