Event Manager, Venture Capital

This truly is a brilliant chance to work with a small team producing events across Europe, working with entrepreneurs within the finance sector. An opportunity to be really involved in the creation and delivery of bespoke, high-touch and content driven events. This role offers variety, responsibility and opportunity along with travel across Europe. An interest in Finance and Technology will be a huge advantage along with strong social media and design skills. Great team, lovely offices and excellent location!

Responsibilities

• End to end delivery of the calendar of events including third party sponsorships, client seminars/dinners/panel discussion, alumni and internal events
• Venue and supplier engagement and negotiations
• Budget creation and management
• Delegate and speaker management
• Market research projects and event analysis
• Creation of all marketing collateral
• Social media management for events

Requirements

• Previous experience and love of events
• A creative thinker and strong understanding of how to deliver high quality brand experiences
• Ability to travel regularly
• A collaborative mindset and flexible approach
