One of the UK’s fastest growing FinTech companies is searching for a enthusiastic, proactive and highly capable Receptionist/Office Assistant.  Joining a high energy Admin Team who are extremely well-respected in the wider business, you will take care of the front of house experience for guests and colleagues.  No two days will be the same as you turn your hand to a range of admin support tasks.  In a nutshell, this Receptionist/Office Assistant role will be the first point of contact for any external visitors but also a support to the teams based there.  You will be responsible for the office maintenance and coordination of the day to day running of the meeting rooms and supporting the teams.

 There is lots of scope to grow in the role and business, and long-term there is great potential to take on additional responsibilities, or progress in the company.

Whilst the company only started a few years ago, they have done extremely well and are now a key player in their industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this company at an exciting time in their development.

Ideally you will have some front of house and administrative experience, but more importantly you will have lots of drive, a strong work ethic, good initiative, has a bright and engaging personality. We are looking for a proactive, personable, intuitive and approachable person!
