This is a fascinating opportunity for a self-starting PA with a diverse skill set who is keen to get themselves into something new and with real scope.  A Wellness and Leisure firm with international presence is opening their first London Office, with a view to moving their HQ over here in the not too distant future, and the current team of 4 are looking for solid, versatile and professional administrative support.

You will be required to essentially write your own job spec, to encompass basic office management, research, travel bookings and scheduling meetings, alongside assisting the UK and wider teams with any further ad hoc projects.  As the company grows your role will do so alongside with the opportunity to develop into other areas of the business if desired.

Location:           Central London 

Hours:              Mon-Fri office hours 

Salary:               up to £50,000 dependent on experience

Interviewing:     ASAP

Start Date:         ASAP

Notes:               Occasional travel (EU) may be required


  • Handling all types of correspondence – in both written and electronic format
  • Managing meeting room schedules 
  • Diary and schedule management
  • All aspects of travel – both commercial and private
  • General administration and office management 
  • Minor finance
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Research and analysis of current and potential projects
  • Occasional private administration
  • Ad Hoc project management 


  • Prior experience working as a PA or Administrative Assistant
  • An interest in Wellness and Leisure would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of German or Romanian would be advantageous
  • Good analytical, organisational and research skills
  • Professional communications both written and spoken
  • Fluent English 
  • Willingness to go beyond expected job remit
  • Enthusiasm to join a new and exciting opportunity
