Role:

  • Answer telephone, screening and direct calls
  • Assisting the team with administration duties
  • Making refreshments throughout the day
  • Adding to Senior staff calendars
  • Franking outgoing mail and managing incoming post and deliveries
  • Tidy and maintain meeting area and ensure the office and reception area is kept well presented at all times
  • A customer service background is desired
  • Dealing with all customer queries via telephone and email
