One of the world's leading technology companies is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join their team on an 11 month temporary basis. The focus of the role is on finding passive, high calibre talent. The successful candidate will be finding, engaging and enticing great talent from early career emerging talent to experts, experts in their fields and game-changing business leaders.


  • Building proactive relationships with passive candidates to engage them over the longer-term
  • Partnering with senior leaders on high-profile hires, advising on search strategy and ideal candidate profile to effectively source candidates
  • Partnering with internal clients; consulting with key stakeholders and leading on their sourcing strategy for finding top talent
  • Engaging passive candidates through use of your previous experience competing with other sourcer's for top talent
  • Innovating to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems and processes
  • Providing an efficient and high touch experience for every candidate and client

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Must be degree educated
  • Experience consulting with and managing stakeholders
  • Experience creating search strategies, mapping markets & gleaning industry insights
  • Learning agility to get up to speed quickly and handle the complexity of the team's wide client base
  • Experience in a sourcing or recruiting role in an agency or corporate setting
  • Collaborative team player, with a track record of maximising team as well as individual performance
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to communicate in discussions and written documents and deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully
