Our client, a truly global FMCG firm with stunning offices based in a central London location, are seeking an HR Business Partner to join their IT division on a one-year fixed term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and rapidly growing IT department, with a strong track record of delivery, who are playing a pivotal role within the organisation's digital transformation.
Amongst the responsibilities of the HR Business Partner will be:
*Supporting the Senior HRBP in the design and delivery of the People and Organisation strategy
for the Global IT function
*Key involvement in the firm's digital strategy, developing new capabilities, identifying external
Talent, and ensuring that organisational development is in line with best practice and ensures
an engaged and connected workforce
HR Business Partner - What we're looking for:
*Proven generalist HR Business Partner experience, gained within an international environment
*Exposure to change management is essential
*Involvement with digital organisations - DevOps, Agile etc
*Knowledge of Successfactors or Work Day would be advantageous
*Experience within the FMCG sector would be ideal, but is not essential
*Excellent stakeholder management skills
*Quick to learn new systems and processes
*Target oriented, with the ability to deliver results in an ever-changing environment
