HR Business Partner

Exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to work for a fast paced, large, global FMCG.

Working on a 12-month FTC basis, you'll be based in modern offices, surrounded by a collaborative HR team, managing all HR processes for their large IT function.
This is an amazing opportunity to join a company who are passionate about recruiting the best professionals for the business.
Supporting the Senior HRBP in design and delivery of the organisation strategy or the global OT function you will be:

*Managing the recruitment process
*Implementing and adhering to processes and procedures
*Driving equality within the division
*
You should have:
*Previous experience as a HR Business Partner
*Good IT skills, specifically Excel
*Ideally an understanding of the running of a Global IT function
*A resilient nature and confident personality, able to deliver results in an ever-changing environment
