- Diary management for the Managing Directors
- Travel management for the Managing Directors
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Organising meetings and conference calls
- Ensuring all documentation is prepared for meetings
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Responsible for team phone and email correspondence
- Covering for other support team colleagues
YOU ARE

- Previous experience as a PA and/or Team Assistant in a large organisation

- Proficent in Microsoft Office Suite
