Here at KMK we pride ourselves on providing a personable and bespoke service to candidates and clients! We are currently on the hunt for a trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our small and friendly team!

You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from conception through to completion. This will involve sourcing for candidates via ad response and candidate databases, writing job descriptions, screening candidates over the telephone and face to face, creating a short list of candidates to send to clients, organising interviews, attending client meetings, creating innovative marketing campaigns to attract new business, building relationships with clients through gift drops/sales calls and general administration duties.

No experience is needed as training will be provided - however a positive and can do attitude is a must! Along with this a confident, friendly and proactive individual with fantastic communication and time management skills are essential to succeed.
