Are you a recent graduate looking to kick start your career in recruitment? KMK are excited to be recruiting for an intelligent, switched on and proactive Resourcer to join their office!

As a Resourcer you will be responsible for bringing in the highest calibre of candidates to fill the team’s job vacancies. Some of the duties of this role include, proactively resourcing suitable candidates via advert response and on candidate databases, writing innovative job descriptions, formatting CV’s, attending client meetings with consultants and general administration duties. Along with this you will also be responsible for screening candidates via telephone and face to face interviews, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must!

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate (however this is not essential) with fantastic research skills, looking to kick start their career within recruitment. Along with this you must possess a friendly, confident and personable manner!
