May and Stephens are delighted to partner with a Premium Jewellery brand currently looking for Part Time Retail Facilities Coordinator to join their team in the Battersea Head Office. (This role is offered on PT basis 3 days a week and my client is flexible as of which these days are)
The successful Part Time Retail Facilities Coordinator will be joining an exceptional Head Office team in their Battersea Headquarters. You will be responsible for smooth running of their stores and head office maintenance, health and safety of their business and managing projects such as store openings.
As an experienced Part Time Retail Facilities Coordinator you will have a background in facilities/property and health & safety enabling to provide expert knowledge in this area. You will possess superior organisation, communication skills, and attention to detail and enjoy being a part of the team.
In order to succeed as a Part Time Retail Facilities Coordinator you will need to have:
*Experience in working within a retail facilities or operational environment (minimum 2 years required)
*Experience in managing maintenance issues and budgets
*Previous retail industry experience (desirable)
*Certified in Health and Safety (desirable)
*Proficient use of Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
*Experience using Zendesk would be advantageous
