Your role

You will be supporting an in-demand CEO who needs their time managed efficiently and effectively. They require you to have a high attention to detail and the ability to jump straight into the role and run with it. You will need to be a work chameleon who adapts an excels in an ever-changing environment. As well as personal support to the CEO, you will also provide some overflow support to the surrounding team. You will be someone who is not afraid of a challenge and loves being hands-on.

Daily activities

• Complex diary management
• Travel planning and expenses
• Liaise with high-profile clients
• Ad hoc admin overflow

Your skills & expertise

• Experience in a similar role
• Advanced Microsoft Suite skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Can-do attitude!
