Cobalt are currently working alongside a leading property developer, based in North London who are seeking a well established Property Manager to join them on an ongoing temporary basis.

The focus of this individual will be to deliver a responsive and high quality customer focused estate and facilities service to ensure estates are reliable and of outstanding quality.

JOB ROLE:

Property Manager

START:

ASAP - ongoing contract

SALARY EQUIVALENT:

£26,000 - £28,000 per annum

LOCATION:

North London

JOB DUTIES:

  • You will be responsible for inspecting and grade communal areas and estates, raising and following up on appropriate actions
  • Identify opportunities to further enhance the enjoyment their estates
  • Provide a responsive and efficient estate, block and facilities management service
  • Understand all services and charges provided to estates, properties and communal areas and check the quality of services provided to ensure these represent value for money
  • Tackle and reduce the effects of anti-social behaviour on estates and in communal areas
  • Take on responsibility for new homes, including understanding services, facilities and charges

SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage a demanding workload
  • Highly developed relationship management or stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong IT skills - MS Office suite, CRM and internal computer systems and devises
  • Experience of complex residential facilities management or similar experience of inspecting and assessing quality defined criteria and implementing solutions
  • Housing sector knowledge including knowledge around property management, service charges, health and safety, personal safety and working with vulnerable people
