Office Manager- Luxury travel company

Luxury Mayfair based travel company who re-define luxury travel to the UHNW market are looking for a hands-on Office Manager - Immediate start!

A truly unique role for someone who wants to wake-up on a Monday and work in a busy, demanding and high energy environment. The role will report directly into the CEO/Founder who wishes to identify someone who she can trust implicitly and essentially be her eyes and ears in the business when she is not there.

There will be an element of EA support to her and also an operational focus where the ideal candidate will be able to help with the day-to-day running of the business. The role will touch on all aspects of an entrepreneurial office environment and the successful candidate should be able to showcase a broad skill set that encompasses EA/OM/Accounts and office management as well as exposure to understanding the UHNW world. This role will be very much seen as a figure head within the organisation and there will be a need for someone who can travel to the luxury destinations in place of the principal occasionally.


Successful applicants have:

*Ideally degree educated coupled with evidence of working in a multi-faceted role
that ideally covered EA/OM/Accounts and HR.
*Impeccable organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and multi-task
with minimum level of error.
*Calm manner and very discreet as you all have access to super confidential
information.
*A self-sufficient work ethic with a proactive outlook. The ability to see longer
term issues and run with projects from inception to completion.
*Excellent communicator and someone who has a passion for travel.
