Our client, a global asset management organisation based in the West End, are looking for a highly skilled Presentations Specialist to join their busy and friendly Creative team. With beautiful offices based near Green Park tube station, you will be working part-time four days a week Monday to Thursday from 12am - 8am with a salary of £36,400.

You will be working as part of a talented team of creatives, liaising closely with clients to produce high-end presentations materials using PowerPoint, Word and Excel. You will be taking responsibility for the professional output of all materials, in terms of consistency, deadline management, accuracy and quality in accordance with the corporate guidelines.

Along with managing documents within time and quality parameters, you will handle customer queries in a professional, consultative and helpful manner at all times. You will be a dedicated operator responsible for workflow - liaising with Clients and the Workflow Coordinator on a regular basis to give updates on deadlines and issues so that the Client’s requirements can be effectively managed. You will be key in developing effective working relationships with clients and colleagues to promote a strong working team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and amending presentations/documents in a timely manner and to corporate standards
  • Ensuring all work is quality checked to the highest standards and delivered right at the first time
  • Estimating production time and liaising with Workflow Coordinators to ensure deadline adherence
  • Communicating effectively with Workflow Manager/Team Leader, Client and team, as appropriate, to help effectively manage operational needs and manage client expectations
  • Producing clear, comprehensive, and effective handovers for any incoming staff
  • Ensuring adherence to all departmental, company and client policies and procedures;
  • Maintaining compliance on all relevant H&S and FCA regulated material;
  • Reporting operational / IT problems, as appropriate

Person Specification

  • A pro-active approach to attendance and time management
  • Strong background in presentation work with advanced technical knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel (Office 2016):

o Knowledge of complex chart creation and solving issues in Excel

o Ability to work in PowerPoint master slides

o Ability to create work with Themes

o A confident approach to working with large IM’s in Word

o Think of creative ways to display clients information on slides in engaging ways;

  • Possess great attention to detail and a critical eye for accuracy, with a 'right-first-time’ attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills, and standard of delivery, confident in liaising with clients, deploying good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, showing delivery focus, as well as adaptability and flexible approach
  • Competent in using Outlook as the primary workflow tool
  • Able to use Adobe to combine PDF’s into info-packs with front covers and dividers, and to edit, remove, add, combine pages, watermarks, redaction, etc.
  • Experience of working in a corporate environment
  • Smartly presented with a professional self-motivated attitude at all times
