EA to CEO - Tech Start-Up/ Challenger Brand, West End, London

Exciting opportunity to join this entrepreneurial tech start-up at the start of their journey as EA to the CEO. Based in great offices in a fantastic West End location and working with a small, passionate and highly talented team of individuals this will be an extremely involving role which has excellent long-term prospects for career development,

The company are looking for an exceptional EA to support the CEO and the C-Suite team. You will be instrumental in helping them set up systems and processes as well as supporting the CEO at this exciting time.  As well as managing the professional life of the CEO (who travels extensively), you will have responsibility of liaising with investors and organising all investor meetings in London so the team are looking for someone with huge amounts of charisma and gravitas.

This position requires tact, integrity, confidentiality, diplomacy and professionalism. The ability to handle confidential matters sensitively and professionally is paramount and you will need to demonstrate flexibility and versatility as the company grows and evolves.

PA duties will include hectic diary management, liaising with senior stakeholders externally and internally, organising international travel and assisting with events. The business has ambitious growth plans and your role will be pivotal in ensuring their ambitions are realised.  

Previous experience at C-suite level essential ideally within either a start up, tech or finance company.
