We have a great new role in working for a security company based in Central London. Our client is seeking a EA/Office Manager to support 3 senior executives and get involved with a wide variety of duties. These will include, but in no way be restricted to:

• Managing complex diaries across different time zones
• Planning extensive travel itineraries
• Being a point of contact for visitors
• Recording and processing expenses
• Organising occasional office events
• Various office manager tasks when required

The ideal candidate for this role must have C-suite level experience and at least 4 years’ EA/PA experience. You must have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
