One of our clients, a property company based in Central London, are seeking a Lettings and Management Coordinator to join their team.

Duties will vary but will include:

  • Assisting all negotiators and property managers
  • Managing diaries
  • Liaising with marketing for magazine advertising
  • Ensuring the website is kept up to date
  • Liaising with the accounts department daily
  • Booking inventory check-ins and outs

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong computer literature with excellent time management and organisational skills. You must be self-motivated, confident and have the ability to work well under pressure.
