Calling all Office Administrators! We are looking for a lovely experienced Office Administrator to work for a friendly law firm in the Holborn area! This is a temp to perm assignment paying up to £38k for the right candidate!
You will be responsible for the daily smooth running of the office and the go to person for all administrative support.
The environment is exptremely fast paced so we are looking for a Punchy all rounder with proven experience in working in a fast paced environment! Some of your duties include;
answering phones
booking meeting rooms
stationary ordering
data entry
catering when required
Updating and collating data on Excell ( Pivot and Macros needed!)
Combining and proof reading legal documents
Greeting clients & visitors
Email management
Desired Skills
Experience of running a busy office on a day to day basis (preferably within a legal environment)
Must have strong organisational skills, be extremely accurate, with an eye for detail
Experience in all types of office administration including, secretarial, managing diaries, facilitating meetings and coordinating legal bundles and documents
Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner are extremely important
Proven experience and capability of using all Microsoft programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
Numerate and proficient in the use of Excel (to include pivot tables and macros essential)
Able to assimilate data quickly and proficiently
