This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous administration experience to join a leading events based company. 

This Administrator role is a newly created position that has come about due to an increase in work across the team and wider business. The company are going through a period of growth and success and as a result the workload for the administration team has increased. 

You will work closely with the Administration Manager to support the business on the following: 

  • assisting with the company time and attendance system - updating and recording information accurately 
  • assisting the administration manager in relation to guest passes for events and the associated admin surrounding events 
  • assisting the clothing and uniform coordinator with clothing issue and return process 
  • general ad hoc support to the office team including support to HR, Finance, etc. 

You will also have the opportunity to provide some Personal Assistant support to the HR Director.
