Part time Admin Assistant – Vibrant publishing firm – City – Up to £30k pro rata

Part time hours - 9-1 / 10-2 working pattern across 4 days Mon-Thurs

The role-

  • A really exciting role, you’ll be providing administrative support within a buzzy yet busy media/publishing firm
  • Managing the vibrant yet boutique family feel office, coordinating meeting rooms, controlling the stationary stock, taking calls and handling mail   
  • Responsible for Press Card administration, managing a database of UK Press Card holders, issuing renewals, taking payments and liaising with the production company
  • Liaising with all levels attending Board meetings and confidential company meetings to take notes

The candidate-

  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in the media/publishing industry and has a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • You’ll have demonstrable organisation skills and communicate with confidence at all levels  
  • Preferably you’ll have 1-2 years administrative experience within a similar industry
