A leading FTSE 100 Property Firm based in Central London is looking for a PA to support a Group Head and small team.
THIS IS AN 18 MONTH CONTRACT (LOTS OF OPPORTUNITY FOR LONG TERM EMPLOYMENT)

This is a broad and varied role where the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ Personal Assistant experience within professional services but ideally also have some experience undertaking health and safety tasks or working within a health and safety department / environment.
Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant with strong Excel and PowerPoint as they will be conducting detailed reports and presentations for the CEO and Board. Must also have complete inbox management experience.
They have a requirement for good minute taking experience and confidence to do this on a regular basis as well as liaising with stakeholders across the business.
Key Personal Assistant duties:
- To provide a complete and comprehensive Personal Assistant service to the Group Head ,
- Diary management, travel arrangements, organising meetings, expense management and associated tasks
- Managing department forums and ensure all meetings are in the diary, action points are kept to, initiatives and planned events go ahead with professionalism consistency
- Plan and manage all internal and external stakeholder events.
- Manage all new supplier requests
- Organise and manage all team meetings and away days.
- Manage all Direct Report Management such as monthly team meetings
- Manage the department budget.
- Manage all PO’s and invoices for the team.
- Co-ordinate and manage the award submission process
- Co-ordinate external focus groups both at regional and national level
- Be the Department's initial point of contact for network events, chase up all action points and collate all relevant information for the meetings and the sub groups.
- To build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels, right across the group.
- Track all department training progress.
