What you will be doing?
- Accountability for the delivery of project aims within time and budget constraints.
- Deliver clear strategic advice to clients, taking into account their wider commercial requirements.
- Oversee senior surveyors to ensure they are giving clear and accurate advice to clients.
- Responsible for developing relationships with specific clients and furthering their profile.
- Participate in and instigate business development and marketing opportunities in order to achieve and exceed defined targets.
- Take responsibility for the professional development of others both through direct line management and through the delivery of training and CPS sessions
About You
- You will be degree educated: property related, law or geography preferred.
- 3-4+ years of property surveying experience.
- Excellent understanding of property development process and market
- Expert knowledge and understanding of rights of light law, developing precedent and best practice.
- The ability to deal with a range of clients and situations is essential.
- You need to have an aptitude towards technology.
- Full Familiarity with key industry texts (RICS guidelines, BRE Guide, RoL textbooks etc)
- You will seek to continue your personal and professional development to keep abreast of relevant policy changes and developing best practice.
