The Receptionist role is working within a Property company based in London's West End. The role is to work alongside the Head Receptionist, providing wider administrative support to multiple teams within the business.

The Receptionist role is working for a leading independent, multi-professional consultancy practice working within the property, infrastructure and construction industry. My client are rapidly growing, opening offices across the UK.

Description

Key responsibilities for the Receptionist - Property company - London include:

- Meeting and greeting all guests and visitors in to the office

- Issuing visitors passes/ensuring guests are signing in to the visitor's book

- Screening and redirecting phone calls, responding to general enquiries

- Preparing ad coordinating the company meeting rooms

- Assisting with wider admin support - across multiple teams within the business e. scanning, filing, photocopying

- Assisting the company PA when required

- Supporting the finance team with administration e. invoicing

- Ad hoc support

Profile

The successful Receptionist - Property company - London will be/will have:

- At least 6 months Reception experience

- A confident communicator, both written and verbal

- Somebody willing to learn and develop their skill set

- A positive approach within the workplace

- Engaging and enthusiastic with building relationships

- Confident using the MS office suite
