PA – Maternity Contract

This well funded, tech-focused business are looking for a professional PA to provide dedicated 1:2 support to the business Founder / CEO and COO in their newly refurbished offices close to Bank. Both personal and business PA duties will be the focus of your role and you will work closely alongside your bosses as a real right-hand on everything they do.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Booking international travel / itineraries including transfers, hotels and all meetings  
• Scheduling meetings and appointments for your bosses in London – with portfolio companies / potential new investments  
• Inbox management – flagging and responding to emails – especially when your bosses are travelling
• Arranging Board meetings, scheduling and communicating dates and collating packs – for portfolio companies
• Organising internal and external events – both for team / colleagues and clients
• Acting as ‘gatekeeper’ when needed, dealing with queries and being a real ‘go-to’ for the London office

The candidate:

This role would suit a PA with 2-3 years’ experience in a support role and is a great opportunity for the right PA candidate to be a real gatekeeper for their bosses and a key member of a small team. Office of around 30 staff, would suit a candidate from SME / start-up background. The right PA will be given a great deal of autonomy and exposure to business matters, with the opportunity to also get involved in projects.

9 month maternity contract to start mid-May. £36,000 – 40,000 depending on experience. Newly refurbished, open-plan offices close to Bank.
