Charity People are happy to be collaborating with a wonderful Homelessness Charity in recruiting for a Reception Team Leader to join their warm and committed team.
 
The organisation provides a variety of integrated services, including education and training to homeless people, or those at risk of becoming homeless. The Charity also offers support with housing, employment and health, conducts research and campaigns for an end to homelessness.
 
As Reception Team Leader you will be wholly responsible for managing, developing, supporting and motivating reception staff to achieve goals as set out in the organisation’s strategic plan, as well as ensure their wellbeing. You will recruit, supervise and support reception volunteers, offering guidance and assisting in their development. You will be tasked with supporting the organisation by performing data entry, updating internal communications to members on a daily basis, and developing administration systems to ensure smooth service delivery.
 
The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior Receptionist, with line management experience and a keen focus on providing quality customer care, help and guidance. You will be empathetic, a natural people person, confident and able to work to deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
