Promotion Sales Manager

Leading global toy company have a new vacancy for an In Store Sales Manager to join their large in store team who are recognised for their ability to create magical moments through impactful, engaging in-store toy demonstrations. Your team of demonstrators are responsible for driving in store sales via impactful children’s toy demonstrations.

You will be responsible for the full management of your team of demonstrators, working alongside senior management, helping drive sales and demonstrating excellent business acumen.

This is a challenging and creative role for a sales focussed, entrepreneurial and confident professional who is interested in internal growth and has personal ambition to grow within a global firm. You will have experience of:

• Managing a sales team; motivation, discipline and training/development
•  Ability to review historical sales data and apply to real-time sales

• “Talent-Spot” and develop sales acumen in individuals
• Ability to communicate at a high-level with Managers, Buyers and Directors

       You will be part of a highly successful team working, working within a fast paced environment and          managing a really interested diverse team. Remuneration will include a very generous and          obtainable bonus. Please send your CV in the first instance.
