An incredible Corporate Receptionist position has become available to join our client based close to Bank Station. This is a permanent Corporate Receptionist position where you will be required to work in a team of 2 in this front of house role.

This will be a traditional Receptionist role which will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Receiving visitors for meetings and informing colleagues of their arrival
  • Answering all external and internal calls from the switchboard efficiently and accurately
  • Answering queries from the Info Box
  • Producing place cards and menus for lunches and dinners

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a corporate reception environment is essential
  • Competent in all Word/Excel
  • Knowledge of room booking systems
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional and well presented
  • Mature and confident in dealing with individuals as well as large groups of people
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexibility and willingness to work outside of office hours, when required.
