A fantastic wealth management firm based in Victoria need an interim compliance assistant to help while they hire permanently. They would like someone to temp whilst they find someone permanently, which they anticipate to be 4-6 weeks.
You will need to have prior experience with Bloomberg and have advanced Microsoft Excel. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work to a high level of accuracy.
The responsibilities of this Compliance Assistant role include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring suitability of clients and investments
- Review dealing activity
- Monitoring of activity on client accounts
- Maintain compliance records
- Monitoring the compliance mailbox
- Other ad hoc support requests as and when needed
