In-House Legal Counsel/Lawyer – Family Office – Global

A successful Family Office (part of a multinational organisation) with newly established offices in Central London are seeking a qualified and experienced In-House Legal Counsel / Lawyer to work within their fast-growing team.

DUTIES

This is a newly created position and will be extremely varied – you will be the first point of contact for any legal matters. Duties include:

• Draft and review legal documentation – to include company resolutions, JV agreements, service agreements etc
• Conduct research across a range of topics and provide recommendations
• Oversee corporate transactions in different jurisdictions
• Advise senior management regarding regulatory developments that could impact the business
• Manage outside counsel and provide ad hoc legal support as required

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• UK qualified lawyer
• Experience within a similar role and environment
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Natural problem solver, results driven and high attention to detail
• Team player – great relationship builder and able to work well autonomously
