A successful media company working with some of the biggest brands across the UK is seeking a HR Manager / Business Partner to join their buzzy and ambitious team.
The company offers great benefits in return for your hard work. They are based in the heart of London Bridge. The role will encompass all areas of HR and support the agenda across the company.
The key responsibilities for he HR Manager would be:
-Development of the company's people plan incl. projects focused on wellbeing etc.
-Managing the HR functions - reward management, internal reporting, implementing new policies and procedures when required
-Developing the recruitment program to minimise the costs of new hires
-Performance monitoring and reviews
The ideal HR Manager would have the following attributes:
-Thrive in a small company environment
-Strong communicator with problem solving skills
-Great and positive attitude and able to learn as you go
-Ability to work with a multiple stakeholders at all levels
