Are you a switched on, experienced Project Manager looking to join an established finance house in the heart of the City?

Do you have a financial services background and a passion for managing small projects?

As Business Support, you will be responsible for a range of functions including preparing reports and presentations, managing and coordinating a team of PA's, and facilitating communication within the business.

You will be the linchpin between Executives and the wider business and will not only be responsible recording actions, but proactively driving this activity as well. You will be goal orientated and take ownership of these initiatives, working very closely with senior level Executives.

You will play a pivotal part in the business and possess the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships and the capability to interact and communicate within all levels of the organisation.

You will be acting as representative for the corporation, enabling communication and collaboration with other parts of the organisation to facilitate strategic alignment of organisational activity, while also liaising and troubleshoot between the Network and other Intrinsic Business Units.

You will need a high level of personal confidence, credibility, professionalism and strong personal integrity with the ability to lead and manage tasks independently as well as handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, mixing long-term projects with the urgency of immediate priorities.
