Senior Membership Executive, - Prestigious Membership Organisation, London

Working at a prestigious membership organisation within the marcoms industries in central London as a Senior Executive you will be promoting the services of the organisation to attract and retain membership within the UK. The organisation runs a nationwide programme of events and training for their membership and the management and promotion of these is key to attracting and retaining individual and corporate membership.

Working closely with the Head of New Business, you will be the first point of contact for marketing, design and advertising agencies outside of London including dealing with enquiries and planning visits to the membership agencies offices. You will also help develop, organise and drive attendance to all events within the annual programme which includes networking events, seminars and training around England.

You will assist with the application process and keep the prospective member database up to date on an ongoing basis. Experience of CRM is desirable and a good knowledge of social media platforms as well as the ability to present and lead meetings with member agencies.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be confident, charismatic and a true ambassador representing the company to clients. A passion for the advertising and marketing industries is also crucial along with a strong academic record at degree level (or equivalent)

Previous experience within a membership organisation or a marketing / advertising agency is preferred
