Italian speaking Event Planner

A very cool client of ours based in the heart of Battersea are looking for an experienced event planner to join their friendly and fun team. As a very exclusive events company they have parties all over the world and need someone experienced who is used to managing demanding suppliers, managing the client’s needs, acting as a main point of contact and assisting them put on their party or wedding. Your role is testing, you must be proactive, someone who enjoys working under pressure and can think on your feet. You must be happy to travel.

The company is a young and buzzy environment, with a friendly outlook. A lot of the team are Italian, therefore spoken Italian would be of use but not compulsory. You must have experience working with very high-profile people and managing large budgets.

To apply for the events planning role you must have experience working with a small company, covering all aspects of an event and a minimum of 4 years of exclusive and private events.
