Accounts Payable

High volume AP role, Hemel Hempstead, 24-26k

You will be working for a internationally known plant and machinery hiring company in the heart of Hemel Hempstead.

Your new role

You will be joining the rapidly expanding Finance team providing them with support within their Accounts Payable function. Your duties will include; processing a high volume of invoices, processing payments, reconciling supplier statements, managing queries and other ad hoc finance duties.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have experience processing high volumes of invoices (100-200 per day). Ideally, you will be AAT qualified, a part qualified accountant or a finance graduate although other experience will be considered. You must be confident with great customer service skills and the ability to manage queries from internal and external stakeholders appropriately. You will need to be numerate with a high level of attention to detail.

What you'll get in return

You'll be paid £10-£14 per hour on a weekly payroll and work a 37 hour week. You'll be needed for approximately 1 month with the view to being extended. You'll be working for a highly regarded, industry leading company with international recognition for their service. You'll be working in a recently renovated office space in an excellent location. The company has excellent public transport links as well as parking on site and is close to a plentiful supply of local amenities
